What does A Typical Commercial Cleaning Schedule Looks Like With M&V Pro Services?

We want to help break down what our typical cleaning schedule looks like when we clean for a commercial business. It is important to help our consumers understand what goes into our services. We want to remain transparent with our services so our customers understand what we have to offer. Our company prides itself on attention to detail. Weekly Cleaning Procedures Completed 2x Weekly

General Dusting and Cleaning

We remove all trash containers and reline them. We dust and sanitize all door plates or handles. All telephones are cleaned and sanitized. Any low dusting is completed such as pictures or plaques. We are sure to dust the ceiling and wall vents. We do general cleaning and dusting of most surfaces such as:

  • Desks (sides of the desk)

  • File cabinets (sides of cabinets)

  • Office dividers 

  • All other horizontal surfaces

We are very thorough with our surface cleaning so we remove any fingerprints or coffee spills.

Carpet Care 

Our company vacuums any carpeted area or flooring. We also vacuum any carpeted mats.  We also can offer a quote for your carpet steam cleaning services. These services can be added to your cleaning schedule.

Tile/Hard Surface Floor Care

Sweep and wet mopping are completed during each cleaning session. We also off laminate & Ceramic machine scrub and we can quote this service for you to add to your cleaning schedule. Tile & Grout Cleaning can be quoted upon request. 

RESTROOMS

We wrote a blog post previously about the importance of a clean restroom. We want to break down our restroom cleaning process. First, we clean all stools, sinks, urinals, toilets, etc. These figures are not only cleaned but sanitized.  The mirrors are cleaned and the bathroom is restocked. Please note that we do not supply:

  •  paper towels

  • toilet paper

  • hand soap

  • garbage bags

We will replace the items supplied for us to replace. We also do not supply women’s sanitary supplies. The dispensers are cleaned and polished. Then lastly, the floors are swept and mopped. 

Kitchen/Break-room Areas

In breakroom areas, we clean and satiated microwaves inside and out. We clean the coffee station, sink, and countertops.  We sanitize all surfaces that we clean. We clean the outside of the refrigerator but we can inside. This is an extra charge if you would have the inside of your refrigerator cleaned when we clean the outside.

 All carpeted floors or mats are vacuumed. Trash containers are emptied and realigned. Please note that we do not supply trash bags but we will replace them if supplied for our staff.

Glass Windows

We clean all glass doors inside and outside. We want your entry points to be clean and sanitized for your customers. A clean entryway can speak volumes about your business.

We have a small list of cleaning procedures that are completed monthly. We divided them into their original subcategories. 

General Dusting and Cleaning

  • Dust the sides of desks, cabinets

  • Dust pictures, lamps, plaques, high/low areas

  • Dust ceiling and wall vents

Carpet Care

  • Vacuuming edges/hard-to-reach arenas

*Please note that we do not move furniture to reach these hard-to-reach areas. 

Walls and Ceiling

  • Restroom walls are cleaned and sanitized. 

Glass Windows

  • Dust interior window ledges (service upon request)
