Most commonly, clients have questions pertaining to pricing for commercial clean. Commercial cleaning has pricing that is different for each form of service there are three basic categories that affect the pricing of your commercial cleaning service:
Requested services and their volume: Each service that we provide, from basic services like sweeping and trash pick up to specialty cleaning services are priced according to the volume of actions necessary according to quality, numeric requirements, or square footage.
A great example is that if you have multiple trash bins per cubicle, and two separate floors filled with cubicles the pricing for trash removal will be higher than one location with one consolidated trash bin. The same would apply in the case of two offices of different sizes engaging in basic sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
The amount of foot traffic and contamination: All buildings are different - they receive different amounts of dirt and germs based on the foot traffic they receive, and can be further affected by materials onsite including tools for working, flooring, carpeting, and exterior walkways.
Consider an industrial factory with lots of employees on the assembly floor and a separate office onsite - the pricing for cleaning and maintaining the assembly floor will likely be higher in order to keep employees in this facility healthier, cleaner, and properly cared for.
The amount of quality you desire: The quality of clean matters to many clients. This is why it’s important to know the difference between surface, spot, and deep cleaning. Here is a general explanation of each term:
Surface cleaning means the general cleaning of surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and dust that has accumulated.
Spot cleaning means additional cleaning beyond surface, to remove any aesthetic spots, stains, or smudges - ensuring your surfaces stay clean.
Deep cleaning means a three part cleaning, consisting of an initial surface cleaning followed by spot treatment and finalized with an additional layer of disinfectant, cleaner, and polish to ensure a high quality peak of clean and sanitation.
